PRESENT TENSE and SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE


1) Present Tense


Present tense is indicates that the condition is going on or exists now.


Verb from: is,am,are.

Time expression:
            Every day
Every night
Every evening
Every morning
Every week
Every month
Every year
Every hour

Example:
            >> Affirmative sentence
                        Subject + to be + Complement
                 ~ You are busy every day.
                 ~ She is hang out with her friend every Sunday.

            >> Negative Sentence  
                        Subject + to be + not + Complement
                 ~ You are not busy every day.
     ~ She is not hang out with her friend every Sunday.

>> Interrogative Sentence
     -Yes/No Question
            To be + Subject + Complement
     ~ Are you busy every day?
     ~ Is she hang out with her friend every Sunday?
2) Simple Present Tense

            Simple present tense is used to express habitual actions or general truths.

>> Affirmative Sentence
            Subject + Verb 1 + Object + Complement
            ~ I eat fried rice this morning.
            ~ He drink milk every day.

>> Negative Sentence
            Subject + do/does + not + Verb 1 + Object + Complement
            ~ I do not eat fried rice this morning.
~ He do not drink milk every day.

>> Interrogative Sentence
     -Yes/No Question
            Do/does + Subject + Verb 1 + Object + Complement
            ~ Do you eat fried rice this morning?
~ Does he drink milk every day?

     -Informative Question
            Wh + do/does + Subject + Verb 1 + Object + Complement
            ~ What do you eat this morning?
~ What do you drink every day?
